Orient Depot does not accept any returns of products purchased from the Parts Shop: https://www.partshop.orientdepot.ca/

Due to the nature of products (replacement parts), It has been proven difficult to uphold the integrity of returns.

• All product pages describe the compatible product model(s), the customer is responsible for purchasing the correct spare part.
• The utmost care is taken when shipping the items to the customer. However, Orient Depot is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.
